In current time many people need a free application for testing or only for checking purpose before they buy any application. There are also some geeks like us who need some applications for research and development purpose. So I hope given websites help you with that.

This website is similar to most online desktop app websites. The free version includes Google Chrome, Mozilla Thunderbird, and Apache OpenOffice. To use it you need email just type in whatever email (doesn’t have to be a real email address because there is no confirmation).

2. Skysilk.com 

To use this website you need to make an account (no confirmation payment though). Right now, all their VPSes (Virtual Private Server) are free (OSes include mostly Linux versions as well as pre-setup ones for Wordpress/OpenVPN server/etc.). You can get two VPSes with 8 GB of RAM each, 8 cores each, and a 200 GB SSD each. If you want more VPSes, you can simply request for another one and make up some reason why. Their customer support is amazing. Make sure to read their TnC in order to not get banned.

3. Sadd.io 

It provide free Windows 7 or Kali Linux VPS for 15 minutes. No need to signup or any other details. The window might take a little amount of time to load, give it a while and you’ll soon have full access to a free VPS for about 15 minutes though. Everything is completely anonymous. The desktops are all routed through tor also (you can do whatever you want).
